Article 3. Prices and information

Article 4. Execution of an agreement

4.2. If the Customer has accepted the offer electronically, Fantasy Fairground will also immediately confirm acceptance of the offer by electronic means. The Client retains the option to dissolve the Agreement until acceptance of the offer has been confirmed.
4.3. In the event that the Customer has provided incorrect information when entering into the Agreement, Fantasy Fairground reserves the right to delay the performance of its obligations until the correct information has been received.
4.4. Fantasy Fairground may use all legal means to determine whether the Customer has fulfilled its payment obligations or to obtain all the facts and factors necessary to enter into the Agreement in a responsible manner. If, based on this investigation, Fantasy Fairground has reasonable grounds not to enter into the Agreement, Fantasy Fairground is authorized to reject an order or request or to impose special conditions, such as prepayment, in the application of the agreement.

Article 5. Registration
5.1. In order to make optimal use of the Website, the Client can register through the registration form / account creation option on the Website.

Article 6. Application of an agreement
6.1. Once Fantasy Fairground has received the order, Fantasy Fairground will send the products to the address provided by the Customer as soon as possible, in accordance with article 3 of this article.
6.2. Fantasy Fairground is authorized to resort to third parties for the breach of the obligations derived from the Agreement.
6.3. Fantasy Fairground relies on third parties for delivery. Delivery can be made through a variety of methods, at Fantasy Fairground discretion.
6.4. If Fantasy Fairground cannot deliver the products within five working days, Fantasy Fairground will inform the Customer of this fact. In that case, the Customer may accept a new delivery date, or may choose to dissolve the Agreement at no additional charge.
6.5. Fantasy Fairground advises the Customer to inspect the delivered products, and report any defects within a reasonable time, preferably in writing.
6.6. Once the products have been delivered to the address provided, the Customer will assume any risk related to the products. The Parties may agree to transfer the risk to the Client at an earlier time. If the Customer decides to collect the products, the risk will be transferred together with the products.
6.7. Fantasy Fairground is not liable if the Customer has used a product in a way other than that recommended, prescribed or otherwise provided for. 6.8. Fantasy Fairground is authorized to deliver a product of comparable quality, if the ordered product is no longer available. The Customer is then authorized to dissolve the Agreement and return the product at no additional charge.

Article 7. Guarantee and conformity
7.1. This article applies only in the event that the Client does not act on a professional or commercial level. In the event that Fantasy Fairground issues a separate warranty on the products, it will apply to all types of Clients without prejudice to the previous provision.
7.2. Fantasy Fairground may also specifically agree that the product is suitable for purposes other than normal use.
7.3. If the delivered product does not comply with the Agreement, the Customer may inform Fantasy Fairground of this within a reasonable period after the discovery of the defect. 9.4. If Fantasy Fairground considers that the complaint is justified, the relevant products will be repaired, replaced or refunded after consultation with the Customer. The maximum compensation will be equal to the price paid by the Customer for the product, in accordance with the article on liability.
